- All canadawide shipping will be delivered by FedEX Canada Ground Shipping with tracking. FedEX Canada Ground shipping gurantees overnight to 7 business days shipping all across Canada. Additional shipping method is available upon request. International shipping is currently not available and all shipping is canadawide only. Kollap will be adding international shipping in the near future, please help us to grow.

- Kollap strives for perfection providing quality service and products to our customers. However If you have received your purchase not as described, or in damaged condition, just simply contact us within 7 business after you receive the product and we would gladly refund, or replace your purchase. Please note some products are final sale, and make sure your product is returnable before making purchase. Some products like underwear, and under garments, jewelry and accessories are final sale only and can not be returned for refund. If there are issues with these items, please return your purchase as it was shipped to you. Any returned products that are not re-sellable will not be credited for refunds. - Search for your always wanted products on kollap, or ask us at support@kollap.com if you can not find one. Add the item in your cart, and follow through checkout process. Please remember to enter correct payment information and shipping address.

- You can pay by VISA, or MASTERCARD. If you prefer paying with your debit card, you can use internet email money transfer. As us for detail. Otherwise, you can easily pay us using paypal payment.

- Your orders will be trackable and be stored in your account page. Login to your account, and go to my orders under my account bar on the left side of page.
